About RIVOR Insights

RIVOR Insights was created by Isaac Souza to help small business owners get clearer visibility into financial activity without manually rebuilding spreadsheets from bank statements and transaction exports every month.

The problem RIVOR is trying to solve

Many small business owners already have the raw financial data they need. It lives in PDF bank statements, CSV transaction exports, and monthly account activity. The problem is that the data is often difficult to review quickly. Owners still have to sort income, expenses, transfers, recurring charges, and category patterns into something they can actually use for monthly decision-making.

Why the product exists

RIVOR Insights was built to make that review process clearer. The product focuses on turning uploaded financial activity into organized income, expense, transfer, category, dashboard, and reporting views so the monthly picture is easier to understand without rebuilding it from scratch.

Who it is for

RIVOR is designed for small business owners and operators who want a clearer way to review bank statement activity. It can also be useful for bookkeepers or internal team members who want cleaner prep and reporting views before moving into deeper accounting work.

Still early-stage, still focused on clarity

RIVOR Insights is still early-stage, and that is part of why clarity matters. The product should be understandable, the scope should be honest, and users should be able to review pricing, policies, and contact options without guessing. If something is not clear, that feedback is valuable.
