Welcome to RIVOR Insights. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

RIVOR Insights provides financial dashboards, saved analyses, reporting tools, file-processing workflows, transaction enrichment, and AI-assisted features for informational and business use. Certain features, upload types, and limits vary by plan. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

Plans, Billing, and Add-Ons

RIVOR may offer free and paid plans, different billing intervals, and optional add-ons such as additional AI credits or transaction enrichment capacity. If you purchase a paid plan or add-on, you authorize RIVOR Insights and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees using the payment method you provide.

Paid subscriptions may renew on the billing interval selected at checkout unless they are canceled through available billing tools or support channels before the next renewal. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Access to paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or limited if billing fails, a subscription expires, or a plan changes.

Usage Limits

Plan limits may apply to uploads, parsed transactions, enriched transactions, AI credits, PDF uploads, historical imports, report downloads, and other features. These limits may reset by billing period or be subject to other plan-specific rules. If you reach a limit, certain actions or features may be unavailable until your next reset date, you upgrade, or you purchase additional capacity where offered.

User Content

You retain ownership of the financial files, data, and other content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant RIVOR Insights the limited right to store, process, analyze, display, and use that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Financial, AI, and Enrichment Disclaimer

RIVOR Insights is intended to help organize, display, and analyze financial information, but it does not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. AI-generated outputs, transaction enrichment results, categorizations, reporting summaries, and similar features may be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before being used for any business, financial, tax, or compliance decision.

Data and Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or error-free operation at all times. Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or removed at any time.

Data Storage, Security, and Third-Party Services

RIVOR Insights uses third-party providers to support core platform functions. These may include Supabase for account and application data storage, Stripe for billing and payment processing, Plaid for transaction enrichment or categorization features when enabled, and AI or infrastructure providers that support service operation. While we take reasonable measures to help protect information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, and platform materials provided by RIVOR Insights, excluding user-uploaded content, are owned by or licensed to RIVOR Insights and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIVOR Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if we believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated or if necessary to protect the platform, users, or business operations.

If you choose to delete your account, certain records associated with your use of the platform may be permanently removed, including saved analyses, saved transactions, profile records, and account access, subject to any legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
