Data Deletion

RIVOR Insights gives users ways to manage saved financial visibility data inside the product and to request broader account-data deletion through support. This page explains the current workflow in plain English.
Self-service deletion inside the product
Where the product currently supports it, signed-in users can delete saved transaction analyses and saved P&L explanations from the dashboard workflows where those records appear. Account deletion is also available from the profile area when that control is shown.
Support requests for account or uploaded-data deletion
If you want to request deletion of account data, uploaded financial report data, or saved records that are not currently removable through self-service controls, contact support@rivorinsights.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the account safely without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Operational and retention limits
Deletion requests may be subject to operational, billing, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup-retention limits. RIVOR does not promise immediate removal from every log, archive, or backup system, but requests will be handled according to the product workflow and the policies currently in effect.
What kinds of data this can include
Depending on how you use the product, deletion requests may involve saved transaction analyses, uploaded bank-file data, saved P&L explanations, uploaded Profit & Loss reports, account profile information, and related financial visibility records stored to operate the platform.
No sale of personal information
